Delivery within Singapore
All orders will be delivered within 3 working days from date of order. We offer FREE delivery for orders above S$200.00. There is a flat delivery charge of S$30.00 for all orders under S$200.00, per single location.
International Shipping
Ancom Systems will ship your purchases to you nearly anywhere in the world. We will also ship your purchases to the country of your choice. All shipping and insurance will be borne by you. You will also be responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by the port, government or country of destination. All international shipments are handled by courier companies. On receipt of your order and shipping instructions, we will either contact you by telephone or email you the shipping quote with a direct link to PayPal. If you have your designated shipping agent/courier company, please specify in the "Message to seller" textfield in PayPal.
Returns Policy
All goods are quality-tested and checked thoroughly for defects before delivery. However, if for some reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange provided all labels and packaging are intact and the item is unused. You need to notify ReliteSpecialty within 24 hours upon receipt of your merchandise and courier back to us at your own cost.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all refunds and exchanges are attended to within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
